Friday Night Recap - WM Phoenix Open
Today included some low scores, more than 18 holes per player, and a streaker that included a bellyflop. Never know what you're going to get at TPC Scottsdale. The leaderboard is stacked with Jon Rahm and Scottie Scheffeler battling for the lead and the world number 1 golfer! Moving day tomorrow should be great. Scottie is 10-under after a bogey free 64 in his second round. Rahm shot 66 to be two shots back at 8-under. The cut is projected at +1. The odds spreadsheet below reflects some golfers already under the cut line. Rory has come back and is currently 5-under in his second round with 5 holes to play. Maverick McNealy had an eventful hour on Saturday that ended with his withdrawal.
Tiger announced he is going to play at The Genesis Open next week. Of course Max Homa had a funny quip to say. Full field announcement here.
