Saturday Night Recap - RBC Canadian Open
Hello members,
Well, moving day lived up to its name. Scores were very low compared to the last two days. Lowest scores below:
Nick Taylor - 9-under 63 - T8
Tommy Fleetwood - 8-under 64 - T2
C.T. Pan - 6-under 66 - 1
Rory McIlroy - 6-under 66 - T2
Mark Hubbard - 6-under 66 - T2
Justin Rose - 6-under 66 - T2
Rory is trying to get it done to complete a three-peat at this event. He won in 2019, the event was canceled in 2020 and 2021, then won again in 2022. He would be the first Tour player to three-peat since Tiger Woods at the WGC - American Express Championship in 2005, 2006, and 2007.
Canadian Nick Taylor shot a bogey-free 63 today to set the course record. Dude was on fire! He does that again tomorrow and he may come from behind to get it done.
Tee times are moved up about an hour tomorrow. Leaders will tee off at 2:15pm EST.
Unreal day for @ntaylorgolf59 💪
After breaking the current course record, he holds a two stroke lead @RBCCanadianOpen.

Weather
Tomorrow is going to be rough. Rain, wind, and cooler temps ranging from 60 to 67.
Updated Betting Odds
My pre-tournament picks:
Rory McIlroy - +550 - 6-under 66 today and is T2 two strokes back from the solo leader. Looking good!
Corey Conners - +2000 - 2-under 70 to be solo 10th. Not out of the question.
Keith Mitchell - n/a - missed the cut… whomp whomp.
