Byeong Hun An came out firing! He shot a bogey-free 9-under 61 and leads by two strokes over Davis Riley. An’s 61 tied the course record, so clearly this type of score isn’t too expected. Rory McIlroy shot a 6-under 64 and is T3, along with Thomas Detry.

Rory made headlines when he was asked about the prospect of playing on the LIV tour with his response being “if LIV Golf were the last place on Earth to play golf, I would retire.” (Insert “Damn” gif here)

Lucas Glover leads the PGA Tour event in Kentucky named Barbasol Championship. Glover leads by one at 9-under.
