Saturday Night Recap - BMW Championship
Hello members,
Two are now tied at the top at 11-under - Scottie Scheffler and Matt Fitzpatrick. Scottie shot 64 today and still hit the range after the round. Have a feeling he’s going to get it done tomorrow. Oh, and he had a driver-off-the-deck today that was insane.
Round 2 leader, Max Homa, was humming along until a triple-bogey 7 on the Par 4 7th. Max is now solo 4th and two shots behind.
Max’s course record set yesterday was tied today by Sam Burns. Burns fired a 62 to move up 26 spots to T7 and four shots behind. He fires another 62 tomorrow and he may be able to take it away.
Some Tour Championship bubble boys are Jordan Spieth (currently 31st), Emiliano Grillo (32nd), Sepp Straka (33rd), Sahith Theegala (34th), and Adam Svensson (35th). They all need to move up the leaderboard to make it next week.
We’re in for a great Sunday between this final round and the U.S. Amateur final on NBC.

He currently sits T2 and just one shot off the lead @BMWchamps.

Patrick Cantlay - +75000 - 3-under for the week and 8 shots behind. Not likely.
Lucas Glover - +75000 - 4-under for the tournament and 7 shots behind. Same as Patrick.
