Round 1 Recap - AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am

Hank Lebioda takes the lead but still has long odds at +2800

Round 1 Recap - AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am

Wind was a factor today, but scores were low. These guys are good! Hank Lebioda shot 8-under at Monterey Peninsula to have the solo lead. He missed his last 5 cuts but had it working today. His pre-tournament odds were +60000 and now he's at +2800. Not too many big names are towards the top of the leaderboard with Spieth shooting 1-under (current odds +1200), Hovland shooing 2-under (+1000), McNealy 1-under (+2500), and Fitzpatrick also at 1-under (+1400). Wild to think 6-7 shots away and better odds than the leader. Vegas must know something.

Spyglass was +35 today while Pebble -53 and Monterey Peninsula -40. Significantly harder on Spyglass today.

Gareth Bale (former soccer player) hit this shot off the cart path to a few feet. Defending champ Tom Hoge almost had an ace today. He's currently 1-under and in T67. Jake Owen is walking in birdie putts like Tiger. And, Ryan Palmer holes out for Eagle but he shot 2-over today and is in T117.

Weather

Rain overnight and all throughout tomorrow. Could be in for delays. Definitely in for soft golf courses this weekend. Temps are in the mid-50s.

Updated Betting Odds

Biggest mover was the leader Hand Leibioda from +60000 to +2800. The favorite is now Keith Mitchell at +650 after his 5-under 67 at Spyglass.
